School Transport Services

THE SCHOOL TRANSPORT SERVICES

            The arrangement for school service is made by the Principal with any of the official SMIS van operators or their representative at the Administration Office.

            The transport operators assume their responsibility of the safety and well-being of the service riders.

            All transportation fees should be settled with his/her respective operators. Receipts are issued to the students or parents upon payment. Any complaints should be referred to the office personally or in writing.  Secure letter of request once not in service. Only recognized school service will be allowed to come inside the campus or private service that has a school sticker.

Requirements to procure a School Pass Sticker (to be processed at the Registrar’s Office)

1. Document of Ownership of the vehicle (photocopy)

2. Letter of request for entry signed by the parents /guardians

3. 1×1 picture of the child enrolled at SMIS, Guardian/chaperon, and of the driver (s)
