1. Payment for the Tuition Fees, Miscellaneous Fees, Books and SMIS Notebooks and other school fees must be made at the Cashier’s Office. (Window 3)
2. For School Uniforms, transactions will be made at the School Bookstore. (Window 4)
3. Registration fee, reservation fee, other school fees and entrance examination fee are not refundable.
4. All school fees should be paid on the first week of the following schedules:
In Full or Cash Basis – upon enrolment
Monthly basis – required down payments upon enrolment and the same instalment fees every month from June to January
Quarterly Basis – required down payments upon enrolment and instalment fees during months of August, October and January
Semestral Basis – required down payments upon enrolment and the installment fees during months of October and January
5. Students who failed to pay their school dues and other fees on the set schedules may be allowed to take the Monthly Tests and Quarterly Examinations except on final examinations provided:
a. that they only have one outstanding obligation (one month for monthly payers, one quarter for the quarterly payers and one semester for the semestral payers)
b. that parents made an arrangement with the school Finance Officer or with the school Principal one week before the scheduled examinations.
6. Parents who failed to comply will receive a written notice from the principal, and will be called for a conference, and this may cause their child to be dropped from the rolls. A legal notice shall follow a month after the first notice for non-compliance.
7. A student who transfers or otherwise withdraws, in writing, within two weeks after the beginning of classes and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length longer than one month may be charged 10% of the total amount due for the term if he withdraws within the first week of classes, or 20% if within the second week of classes, regardless or whether or not he has actually attended classes. The student may be charged in full for all tuition fees if he withdraws any time after the second week of classes. However, if the transfer or withdrawal is due to a justifiable reason, the student shall be charged the pertinent fees only up to and including the last month of attendance.
